Day 001 - Getting to Know Your Breath✨
Welcome to Day 001 of the 10-day Conscious Breathing Challenge!
Today, we'll start with a simple breathing technique to become acquainted with our breath. How often do you notice where your breath lands in your body?
1. Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
2. Gently close your eyes, inhale deeply, and exhale slowly.
3. Notice where your breath is today—belly or chest?
4. Focus on the sensation of your breath, and let's get started. Let me know how you feel in the comments below.
