I’m grateful for myself and my achievements and failures. 

 
 

Exhale

The volume of my inner critic is dwindling. I choose to see the positive instead of looking for the fatal flaw.

My mood swings have neutralized. I celebrate the little wins in life. 

Exhale

My anxiety levels dramatically levelled off. I allow life to happen rather than trying to control it.

I learned to be humble. I am willing to accept help.

 
 

Exhale

I reconciled all sides of me - now I am one person. 

 
 
 

Enjoy

I enjoy my success and learned to not take life so seriously.
