I have been lucky enough to have had several sessions with Pei. Her calm and assured presence put me immediately at ease. She is a confident guide and worked hard to understand what I personally needed from the sessions, tailoring them accordingly. I always leave Pei’s sessions feeling relaxed and at peace, however, the biggest impact has been the work done on my chronic migraine. We have dedicated a few sessions to this by now and it has reduced the number of days in a month I have a migraine, and significantly reduced the amount of medication I have to take. I attended Pei’s Transformational Breath workshop not really knowing what it would entail… And ‘transformational’ is really what it’s about: the deep state I reached with Pei’s guidance was an emotional and intense experience, but I felt connected and deeply in touch with my mental, physical and spiritual being. Conscious breathing enabled my subconscious to come to the surface, shifting and releasing certain memories and emotions stored in my body. A few days later I felt extremely energised and open. Being a freelance performer I was amazed how freely I was able to move, and how much tension I was able to release. Having a daily breathing practice in the evenings allows me to have a restful sleep and I look forward to the time of day where I can connect to myself and my breath. I came to Pei with an issue that I felt stuck with for many years and was ready to do the work to get to the bottom of it. I had heard of hypnosis but didn't exactly know how it worked. Pei was able to target my needs during the first stage of the process: starting a 'conscious' search for the root of the issue. During the hypnosis session, Pei led me with a lot of assurance and care. The journey and the results were eye-opening to me. We were looking for a workshop that would bring us together and give us some insight on how to use tools within ourselves to relax when we need it the most. Pei guided us throughout the whole breathing workshop, explaining her personal story first. She made us aware of how important breathing is and how to correctly use this powerful tool we all have. The breathing session itself was thoughtfully made in order for us to experience the breathing exercises and benefit from them. Pei approached all of us during the session, helping us connect with our breath while talking to us or touching our shoulders. She created a safe space and us a result, we all felt comfortable sharing our emotions and asking questions to her. It was a truly beautiful experience and I highly recommend it!
