Transformational Breath®
the journey within
with your powerful tool
your breath
Transformational Breath® is
a self-empowering breathing
technique that helps you to:
…go within.
…work with all aspects of your life.
…become more conscious of your breathing habits.
…unlearn & re-engineer restricted patterns of breathing.
…return the natural rhythm of connected breath using your diaphragm.
3 levels of Transformational Breath®
three aspects to bring healing and spaciousness into your life
mental & emotional
Using the observation on a physical level, we work on the repressed & suppressed emotions and past traumas/memories/experiences that come to the surface during a breathing session. This is when integration and entrainment happens. This is a powerful shift and deep healing work on a mental & emotional level.
physical
Life experiences make us control our breath, repress and suppress our emotions and physical pain consciously and subconsciously. In these experiences, we alter our natural breath patterns and use our chest, shoulder, and back muscles to breathe, causing physical blockages.
We hold our breath and constrict our flow. We also have pauses in our breath to avoid staying present with our emotions. Using diaphragmatic breath helps to work on the physical state of blockages, to correct the restricted breathing patterns.
spiritual
As you learn to be more conscious with your breath, you work through past traumas and memories by integrating with them. You will become present, and more connected with yourself. You create more space within your spiritual self and trust your inner guidance and power.
