Day 002 - Diaphragmatic Breathing
Welcome back to Day 002!
Today, we will practice diaphragmatic breathing to train our diaphragm muscle, which helps strengthen our diaphragm and increase our breathing efficacy.
The easiest thing to do to use your diaphragm muscle to breathe is to think of a ‘belly breath’. Place both hands on your belly, close your eyes, and breathe deeply into your belly. Feel the rise and fall of your hands.
