Eventually when you have built up your practice with the shorter sessions, it will become second nature to incorporate 10 minute daily sessions. Dedicating just 10 minutes day will allow you journey within and connect with yourself on a much deeper level finding space for calmness, new ideas, clarity or whatever it is you need in your life at that particular moment.
Once you have established a 3 minute daily routine, try and increase the time to 5 minutes with this guided video. Allowing yourself a longer practice will enable you to experience deeper relaxation, deeper connection within from your breath sessions.
If you are new to breathwork, it can be challenging to build up a new routine. Starting with just 3 mins a day is not a huge investment of your time, and the benefits are tenfold! Breathe well!
