Join the circle of breath with nutrition this time! Let’s breathe together and reclaim our power as a community. All participants will receive a goody bag and our sponsors will be announced on our socials!

This event will start with a talk by Clarissa Lenherr on power of your vagus nerve and how we can calm our stress responses by looking after our digestive health. We will link the benefits of breathwork to digestive health too. The breath session involves positive affirmations, acupressure, sound & movement. This breath practice is gentle, cathartic and deeply profound. You will learn to tap into your inner strength and power, empower yourself to use your breath to cope with daily stresses and anxiety.

Transformational breathwork is a self-empowering and self-healing technique. It is a consciously connected breath technique that helps to:

  • Learn about how to breathe better and re-engineer your breath pattern

  • Become more conscious of your breathing habits

  • Use your breath to cope with daily stresses and anxiety

  • Integrate with suppressed and repressed emotions & traumas

  • Increase your breath capacity by utilising the right muscles to breathe

  • Support you when you are going through a challenging time

About Pei our founder

Pei is a certified Transformational Breath® facilitator, founder of Inmispace. She trained in Turkey, Denmark, Italy and in the UK to become certified. She had her first Transformational Breath® session in 2017 and would never have guessed that this would become the major turning point in her self-healing journey. She has trained with Founder of Transformational Breath®, Judith Kravitz and Senior Trainer, Eugenia Altamira.She grew up in Singapore and has a successful corporate job in Finance. Pei is also a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy RTT® Practitioner and a Reiki Master. She believes in the power and simplicity of the breath, and intelligence of the subconscious mind. Going within to find all the answers and healing you need, as she puts it, healing is an inside job.

Pei very passionate about getting more people to breathe better and to live better. The Breath Movement is very special project that is close to her heart. It is a radical movement to engage in a self-care activity for yourself and for an amazing cause. Let’s journey within together with this community.
