The workshop will start with setting beautiful intentions and writing them with Japanese calligraphy led by Saori from Mogami Wellness. It’s an incredible experience centered around intention and presence. You will gain mindset principles that allow you to focus on a sustainable, holistic, and actionable approach to your long-term well-being.You will individually and collectively create intention(s) for the Transformation Breath® session where you will breathe into it and explore your inner power & wisdom.
The Transformational Breath® session will be led by Pei which involves positive affirmations, acupressure, sound & movement and relaxation at the end. This breath practice is gentle, cathartic and deeply profound. You will learn to tap into your inner strength and power, empower yourself to use your breath to cope with daily stresses and anxiety. Pei will also give your tips on how to build a sustainable home breath practice.
